Personal Data Processing Policy

General provisions
"We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)."
Key terms used in the Policy:
1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology;
2. Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of personal data processing (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

4. Personal data information system – a collection of personal data contained in databases, as well as information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;

9. User – any visitor to the website https://westudy.ua/vimanu-technologies
10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;

Dissemination of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data available to an unlimited group of persons, including the publication of personal data in the media, placement in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data in any any other way;

Destruction of personal data – any actions that result in the irreversible destruction of personal data with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the physical media of personal data are destroyed.
14. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:
1. Surname, first name, patronymic;
2. Email address;
3. Phone numbers;
4. The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using internet statistics services (Google Analytics and others).
5. The above data is further referred to in this Policy as Personal Data.
Purposes of personal data processing
1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; to provide the User with access to the services, information, and/or materials contained on the website.

7. The term of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a message to the Operator by email to the Operator's email address info@vls-build.com marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".
Cross-border transfer of personal data
1. Before transferring personal data across borders, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country to which the personal data is to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects. 2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out with the written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

2. This document will reflect any changes in the Operator's personal data processing policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
